How much does it cost to live at the Newman House?
for the 2025-2026 academic year. the all inclusive price for a double occupancy room is $8,150, and for a single room, it is $9,350.

included with your room + board is a fully furnished bedroom, access to free laundry + printing, paper products, basic grocery items, 4 suppers/week, and all utilities.
How does payment work?
The Newman House offers two different payment plans, allowing residents to pay the total due in either two or four installments. The Newman House accepts cash, check, money order, and online payments for rent. Any credit card processing fees for online payments will be covered by the resident. Yes! We have a specific arrangement with the UND Housing Office that establishes the option of living in the Newman House as one of the viable criteria for exemption from the First-Year Campus Housing requirement. Feel free to contact the House Director for more information.
